General
These Terms & Conditions apply to quotations, rentals, sales, services and other dealings with Apex Document Solutions (Pty) Ltd. Signed quotations or agreements may contain additional terms applicable to that transaction.
Products & Services
We provide printer and MFP rentals, toner supplies, repairs and maintenance, Voice over IP telephone systems, CCTV security solutions and solar solutions. Scope and availability may vary by quotation or agreement.
Quotations & Pricing
Quotations are valid for the period stated. Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR). VAT treatment is as stated on the applicable quotation or invoice. Pricing may change before acceptance where relevant costs change.
Rental Agreements
Rental arrangements are governed by the signed agreement, including term, monthly fee, equipment, inclusions, usage allowances and applicable excess charges. Equipment ownership remains as specified in that agreement.
Support & Maintenance
Where included in the agreed package, support may include toner, maintenance, repairs, spare parts, call-outs and remote or on-site assistance. Exclusions are determined by the applicable quotation or agreement.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide a suitable operating environment, reasonable access for support and reasonable care of equipment. Damage caused by misuse, negligence, unauthorised modification or external events may be chargeable.
Payment Terms
Invoices are payable according to the due date and payment method stated on the invoice or agreement. Where agreed, DebiCheck or another authorised collection method may be used.
Cancellation
Cancellation and early termination of fixed-term agreements are governed by the signed agreement and applicable law. Month-to-month services are subject to the notice period in the applicable agreement.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability is subject to the applicable agreement. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes are dealt with under applicable law and any dispute-resolution provisions in the relevant agreement.
